How to Order

1)    Select the items you want and place your order via the order form. 
*Copy the item code and paste it on the 'Item Code' portion. Unless specified, it shall be understood as 1 piece per item.



2)    A confirmation email will be sent to you. This includes the stocks availability and  indicating the total payable amount (including posting charge-if any) and order number within 48 hours.   



3)    Transfer the amount via DBS Saving Plus account no. 006-1-057029 or UOB Saving account no. 349-119-404-7 within 24 hours (stock reservation holds for 24 hours).   



Payment Method: For ATM transaction, kindly drop us an email at [email protected]  with a screen shot of the transaction and the order number number. (*Please keep the receipt; no scans allowed in lieu of fraud cases.)   For i-banking transaction, please indicate your name and order number in the remarks during submission of payment.   



4)    Upon payment verification,  a mail of estimated delivery time and confirmation of items will be e-mailed to customer. ** Available stocks  shall be delivered as soon as payment verification and items confirmation. Stocks that yet to arrive, an estimated arrival date will be given (usually within 30 days).
